1) Any Chinese or International standard approvement?
A；All materials can provide national standard certification. We provide the corresponding certification list according to the project situation. The following picture shows the Australian project certification list as a demonstration.

2) Any SGS / Chinese Engineering Institute certification?
A：Can provide China Class A Design Institute certification; can also provide structural calculation books to cooperate with customers to pass local structural certification.
3) Photos of bathroom fixtures and Information of the makers
If there is no local mandatory certification requirement for sanitary equipment, we will provide Kohler or TOTO brand. If there is mandatory certification, we will provide the corresponding qualified supplier product manual for customers to choose.
4) Internal wall thickness
We currently mainly use two structures for the wall. The first type is composite rock wool sandwich panel, generally we use 100mm thickness, and 75mm and 150mm are also available. The other is a light steel keel structure. The thickness of the wall varies from 110mm to 150mm according to different wall functions (such as dry area and wet area). If it is a household wall, it will be thicker.
5) Smoke / intrusion security alarm system?
The requirements for smoke and security devices are different in different countries. It is not always possible to purchase products that meet the requirements in China. We generally recommend that foreign customers purchase by themselves, and we reserve lines.

There are a lot of project photos in our product manual. There are few photos of foreign projects, because we returned to China after construction, and the surrounding environment and indoor soft decoration were constructed by the guests themselves.

Yes, we will provide all the materials required by the platform, and the platform will quote separately according to the site situation.
Q：13） Fire proof?
A：We generally use rock wool sandwich panels with a thickness of 100mm for the wall, and the fire resistance time is more than 1.5 hours. The fire performance of other main materials is above B1 level.
Q：14） Termite proof?
A：The main structure of our building is steel structure, and some use LP OSB board, which has good anti-termite performance. If there is a special demand for anti-termite, we can also use special anti-termite board and provide relevant certification documents.
Q：15） Storm resistance up to how many km/hour?
A：Low-rise buildings are generally designed according to the basic wind pressure of 0.5KN/㎡ and wind speed of 105KM/hour. The design can be carried out according to the wind speed required by local regulations, and a calculation report can be provided.
Q：16） Close up photos of window/door seal
A：Our door and window suppliers can provide various certification materials, (Australia, the United States, Canada, Europe and the United States)
Q：17） What does the price include?
A：Our general quotation is FOB price (Shanghai Port), and our quotation includes all main materials, auxiliary materials and hard fittings required for the main building (indoor immovable materials include sanitary ware, etc.)
Q：18） Installation by whom?
A：Generally, the customer organizes local workers to construct the project, and we will provide a full set of installation drawings, installation instructions and video materials. We can send someone to provide on-site technical support. If we need to provide construction personnel, it will involve the issue of worker visas, and we need the help and coordination of the guests.

Q：20） Windows double glazed?
A：Yes, we generally use broken bridge aluminum alloy double glass windows, if there are higher requirements, we can also provide Low-e, or three-layer insulating glass
Q：21） Comply with standard aircon system?
A：Don't quite understand this question. Air conditioners mainly involve warranty issues. We will communicate with customers about the specific brand and whether there is after-sales maintenance of the brand in the local area. There are many Hisense.
22） Modular? And movable?
A：If it is a standard hotel apartment, it is generally recommended to use modular, and prefabricated is suitable for more complex apartment types. We will provide suitable prefabricated solutions according to specific project conditions.
